Heather on east side of Carn Fadryn Carn Fadryn is generally steep all round but here on the upper, east side of the hill there's almost flat ground. In the distance are the hills of the northern part of the Lleyn Peninsula.

Ancient Fort on Carn Fadryn There was a very large Iron Age [?] fort here on the summit of Carn Fadryn, but the thick walls are almost all collapsed. This photo shows the section running east, with the section closest to the camera being the only part with any structure. It also has some linked hut circles on the righthand [inner] side.
