The striking location of Llanddewi Aberarth Churchyard overlooking Cardigan Bay. As expected many mariners are buried here and the churchyard is also the resting place of Hywel Teifi Edwards, writer, scholar and patriot and Sir Geraint Evans, the famous baritone.

Aberaeron harbour Aberaeron harbour area is one of the genuinely prettiest views in Wales; the colours understated, the atmosphere natural and unpretentious. The sort of place where you want to be spending some time exploring.

Some of the back gardens of Aberaeron The back gardens of Aberaeron present as pleasant an aspect as the frontages, with nice extensions and outside spaces. I always think that you get a good appreciation of a town or city when entering it on a train, as you get to see into and over back gardens and the rear elevations of houses - sometimes in contrast to their street frontages. You can get the same insight from walking on foot.

The rear half of a bus near Aberaeron This section of bus has been sited here, I think, to act as either a commentary box or admission / access control for a horse-show, or similar event. There are paddocks with horses adjacent and in the past the farm may have hosted such things. The black plastic bin is half full of beer bottles. The yellow porcelain loo (just visible right of shot) has just been fly-tipped I think.
