Chastleton is a civil parish located in the county of Oxfordshire, England. It is situated approximately 8 miles northeast of Chipping Norton and covers an area of around 2,068 acres. The parish is part of the Cotswold district and falls within the Chipping Norton ward.

The centerpiece of Chastleton is Chastleton House, a Jacobean manor house that dates back to the early 17th century.
