Aberffraw is a small community located on the west coast of the Isle of Anglesey in Wales. It is situated on the banks of the Afon Ffraw river, near the Aberffraw Bay. The community covers an area of approximately 1 square mile and has a population of around 500 residents.

Aberffraw is known for its rich historical significance. It was once the capital of the Kingdom of Gwynedd, one of the most powerful kingdoms in Wales during the medieval period. The remains of the ancient royal court, including the Llys Aberffraw, can still be seen today. The community also has a long-standing connection to the Welsh Princes, particularly Llywelyn the Great and Llywelyn the Last.
