Carreg y Chwislen, also known as Chwislen Island, is a small rocky islet located off the coast of Caernarfonshire in Wales. Situated in the Irish Sea, it is part of the larger group of islets known as the Cemlyn Islands.

The island covers an area of approximately 0.2 hectares and is characterized by its rugged terrain and rocky outcrops. It is uninhabited and lacks any vegetation, except for a few patches of hardy grasses and mosses.
