Borth Sands, located in Cardiganshire, Wales, is a picturesque sandy beach renowned for its natural beauty and rich history. Spanning approximately two miles, the beach is situated on the shores of Cardigan Bay, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding coastline and the Irish Sea.

The beach is popular among locals and tourists alike, attracting visitors with its long stretches of golden sand and crystal-clear waters. Borth Sands is known for its excellent water quality, making it a great spot for swimming, paddleboarding, and other water-based activities. Lifeguards patrol the beach during the summer months, ensuring the safety of beachgoers.

One of the unique features of Borth Sands is the presence of ancient tree stumps that can be seen at low tide. These remnants of an ancient forest are estimated to be around 4,500 years old and have been exposed due to coastal erosion. They provide a fascinating insight into the area's past and attract many curious visitors.
