Ford on track from Achvlair to Duror Cemetery This old track rises from the Salachan Burn, then splits right (SE) to Achvlair (ruined farmhouse) and left (NW) towards Duror Cemetery via what is now Highland Titles estate. You may be able to see in the photo, on the far side of the ford, remains of the fence which runs from SW to NE alongside this unnamed burn. The track goes through beautiful old oak woods until it meets the conifer forest. I believe Forestry Commission Scotland will be harvesting this forest (Bealach) in 2021.
