Summit of Meall nan Aighean Looking south from this incredibly flat summit; which is at the northern end of the ridge that stretches from Ben Armine Lodge to Loch Coire Lodge - a remote part of Scotland. Creag a' Choire Ghlas is the next summit south (and is a similar flat summit), then you can see Creag Mhor to the right.

Rewilding II .
A view uphill in similar vein to my earlier submission 'Rewilding' (NC6428).
The comments made there, probably apply here too. Same estate, same owner, similar hillside. The summit in distance is Meall Ard (634m)

Coire na Saidhe Duibhe A name which I find chilling, if it is literally translated. Black hay is very bad news, and redolent of damp and decay. Quite apt for this dark seeping place on the east side of Ben Armine.
On closer examination the crags appear well vegetated and even wooded, probably home to some interesting plants.
