Craignairny is a prominent hill located in the region of Kirkcudbrightshire in southwestern Scotland. Rising to an elevation of approximately 446 meters (1463 feet), Craignairny offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and coastline. The hill is a popular destination for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts, who come to enjoy its challenging trails and picturesque scenery.

Craignairny is characterized by its rugged terrain, with steep slopes and rocky outcrops adding to its dramatic appearance. The hill is covered in heather and grasses, providing a habitat for a variety of wildlife, including birds of prey and small mammals.
