New Waters is a picturesque freshwater ecosystem located in Warwickshire, England. It may be a form of Wild Plum, Prunus domestica, having small sweet blue-bloomed fruits. Across the ditch behind the camera is an abandoned floodmeadow.

It is one of the gymnosperms, "a class of primitive plants in which the ovule is borne naked on a scale, and not enclosed in an ovary". The other gymnosperms are the conifers and the taxads (yews and their relations).
