That's not improved it one little bit Sadly, the milestone recorded beside the A5 by Keith <a href="https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4948712">SJ7810 : Old Milestone</a> and myself <a href="https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1913564">SJ7810 : The Burlington milestone - detail</a> has taken a bit of a battering by passing traffic or possibly hedge-cutting operations quite recently. Hopefully it'll be possible to effect a reasonable repair, as the missing chunk was to be found lying in the adjacent verge, and is largely intact.
