Built by the GWR to carry trains south, over the River Wye. Abandoned in the 1960's. Now carries a footpath and cycleway.

Hunderton Railway Bridge, Hereford

This railway bridge across the River Wye was built in 1854 for the Newport, Abergavenny and Hereford Railway Company. Rebuilt in 1912/13 it was eventually to fall victim to the Beeching cuts in 1966. It was purchased and repainted by Hereford City Council and now accommodates a cyclepath. Could do with a fresh coat of paint now as it is looking a little tired after 18 years.

This former railway bridge over the River Wye which was built in 1854 now carries a cyclepath and has a riverside path running under it too. This is a very pleasant walk into Hereford which is popular with locals.

Our Lady Queen of Martyrs RC church, Hereford

Roman Catholic church set back 60 metres from Belmont Road, located behind the parish hall. The new parish of Our Lady was created in 1954. In 1957 a hall Link was built to be used as a temporary church. The foundation stone of the church seen here was laid on January 21st 1996. The building was consecrated on November 21st 1996.

Located alongside the RC church Link on the south side of Belmont Road. Erected in 1957, the hall was used as a church before the current church was built.
