Great Hill is a prominent hill located in the county of Lancashire, England. It is part of the West Pennine Moors and is situated near the village of Belmont, approximately 12 miles northwest of Bolton. Rising to a height of 1,250 feet (381 meters), Great Hill offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

Old Boundary Marker by the A672, Ripponden Road, Windy Hill County Boundary Marker on the northwest side of the A672 Rippondon Roadl east of Windy Hill and south of Rook Stones Hill. Milnrow Local Board of Health was set up 1870 when this was the boundary of Butterworth and Rishworth parishes. Inscribed LANCASHIRE / COUNTY / MILNROW / LOCAL BOARD and YORKSHIRE / DIVISION / RISHWORTH / LOCAL BOARD on opposite faces.
