Sign of the Times I'm not knocking health and safety but there was a day when you paid for your permit and fished here at your own risk and with the assumption that you had enough common sense not to do anything stupid and not look to blame someone for an incident claiming there were no signs informing you not to do whatever stupid thing you did.

Glenlatterach Reservoir The smooth part of the water was a slab of ice still hanging on. This used to be a great spot for brown trout where in the past I landed a few of 2 to 3 pounds in weight.
