North America Wood, also known as Kent Wood or Wood Forest, is a large woodland located in the North American continent. Covering a vast area, it is home to diverse flora and fauna, making it an important ecological site.

The wood is primarily composed of deciduous and coniferous trees, including oak, maple, pine, spruce, and fir. These trees provide a dense canopy, creating a rich habitat for countless animal species. The wood is known for its vibrant colors during the autumn season when the leaves change to various shades of red, orange, and gold.

The forest is home to a wide range of wildlife, including mammals such as deer, bears, foxes, and raccoons. Many bird species can also be found within the wood, including owls, woodpeckers, and various songbirds. Reptiles and amphibians inhabit the forest floor and nearby water bodies.

North America Wood is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. It offers numerous recreational activities, including hiking, camping, bird-watching, and photography. The wood has well-marked trails that allow visitors to explore its beauty and observe the diverse wildlife.

Furthermore, the wood plays a crucial role in maintaining the ecological balance of the region. It acts as a carbon sink, absorbing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and reducing the impacts of climate change. The forest also provides essential ecosystem services, such as water purification and soil stabilization.

Preservation and conservation efforts are in place to protect and sustain the North America Wood for future generations.

Oast House An Oast House is a building used to dry fresh hops before they are sent to the brewers, to be used for flavouring beer. A traditional Oast House consists of the 'oast' and the 'stowage'. The oast was a kiln, with a plenum chamber fired by charcoal at ground floor and the drying floor directly above. The steep pitched roof channelled the hot air through the hops to the top. The stowage, was the barn section, it had a cooling floor and press at first floor and storage area at ground floor.
