Small weir on Babingley River Once one of many weirs on the Babingley, this is one of the few that can be accessed properly and remains to this day. The structure appears to be metal on either side - many similar to it have been taken out in recent years for rewilding.

St. Andrew's church, Congham With no differentiation between the nave and the chancel and monotone walls the church has a plain appearance. Built during the 13th c. the external appearance has changed little. Inside is a different matter, the Victorian affluence and influence shows everywhere. The marble font base is dated 1864, upon it an octagonal 13th c. purbeck font with shallow arcading. Another relic of the past is the tower screen, made of Jacobean panels. Beyond the Victorian pews is the well carved Victorian pulpit and above all is an ugly Victorian barrel roof. In the sanctuary is a 14th c. piscina with wainscoting built around it. The low side window is still open. A few interesting ledger slabs and other monuments dating from the 17th c. onwards. There is said to be a tunnel from the church to the old Rectory.
