Not pretty, but functional. The small village of Faygate is surprisingly industrial (easy access to the railway and main A264 road probably the reason) for its location and the station fits in with the theme. On the Line between Horsham and Crawley (London Victoria - Littlehampton/Bognor Regis)

Faygate Station is located on the Arun Valley Line, between Littlehaven and Ifield, 34 miles miles from London Bridge. It serves the small village of Faygate and the Faygate Business Centre. The station opened in 1848.

Faygate is a small village. It lies north of the A264 3.5 miles south west of Crawley. It has a railway station on the Arun Valley Line with trains connecting to London and Portsmouth. The village is in the green belt between Crawley and Horsham. Faygate lacks services, except a pub, The Holme Bush.
