Note the asymmetry of the windows and the false windows on the third storey. Latter day scene inside Croes Newydd (Wrexham) Locomotive Depot, 1966 The Depot was taken over by the LM Region in its final years, hence the Stanier 8F 2-8-0 (No. 48252) and Ivatt Class 2 2-6-0 (no. 46446) in this interior scene less than a year before the Depot was closed in June 1967.
