The church is dedicated to a trio of saints - Afran, Ieuan and Sannan. The church is an 1899 building replacing a medieval structure nearly a mile distant at SH349840, the latter being Grade II listed.

Junction at Llantrisant

A junction of minor roads in the scattered community of Llantrisant. The dwelling to the right is named as Hen Ysgol [Old School], but checking back through maps to the late 19thC, it always appears to have had the same name.
