Exeter flood relief barrier at the Double Locks Inn

The flood plain of the Exe is to the right of this wall, which stands on a dike planted with young trees. A cycle track runs on the left of the wall, and further to the left are the grounds of the Double Locks Inn SX9389 : Pines at Double Lock.
