Great Glen Way, near Abriachan Here the Great Glen Way follows a little path through mixed woodland. This is a useful shortcut, about 2km shorter than the on-road route. It is a reasonable quality gravel path and fairly flat, so easy walking or cycling.

There are a number of painted wooden posts alongside the path, advertising a nearby cafe and campsite. One post is just visible on the right of the path, it says "Toasties".
