Community Hall for Advie.

The original Advie war memorial, which was located at the road junction beside the A95 was damaged beyond repair in 2006 and removed to the cemetery at Advie Old Parish Church. This new memorial (based on the original) was erected opposite the village hall in 2008 to replace it. LET US GIVE OUR MOST HUMBLE AND HEARTY THANKS TO ALMIGHTY GOD FOR HAVING GIVEN US AND OUR ALLIES THE VICTORY OVER OUR ENEMIES MAY WE ALL REMEMBER THAT THE SAFETY OF OUR EMPIRE IS NOT OWING TO THE STRENGTH OF MAN BUT TO THE POWER OF GOD GOD SAVE THE KING AMEN SONS OF THIS PLACE LET THIS OF YOU BE SAID THAT YOU WHO LIVE ARE WORTHY OF YOUR DEAD THESE GAVE THEIR LIVES THAT YOU WHO LIVE MAY REAP A RICHER HARVEST ERE YOU FALL ASLEEP
