Nant Sarn Dishgwl lawr Cwm Nant Sarn. Mae ffurf y bryn yn y pellter wedi dychwelyd ar ol cwympo coed. Yswaeth mae'r planhigfeydd coniferaidd wedi difetha llawer o ucheldiroedd yr ardal.

Looking down on Cwm Nant Sarn (trans. causeway / paved way stream). The shape of the hill beyond has returned again after the felling of trees. Alas, the conifer plantations have blighted much of this upland area.

Excellent descent into Cwm Henog A narrow and muddy singletrack bridleway descent from Cefn Cwm Irfon into Cwm Henog. This one starts innocuously enough, and becomes rather less rideable lower down where it's been chewed up slightly by felling operations.

Bridleway across a hillside On the flank of Cefn Cwmirfon, this bridleway cuts diagonally across the hillside towards a ford at the edge of the felled forest, and a really pleasant ride to the farm at Cwm Henog.

Standing stones near river Irfon The map says there is a stone here, and there is. If you look hard you can see how the farmer has incorporated it into a hedge.
