Hunslet 2207 at Blaenau Ffestiniog

Hunslet 2207 is a 2ft gauge 4wDM of the 'Hudson-Hunslet' type. It was purchased by the Trefor (Yr Eifl) Granite Quarry on the Llyn Peninsula in 1941. A recently introduced class 197 diesel multiple unit for Transport for Wales (TfW) journeys. This was to form the 14.39 to Llandudno, a unit of two coaches numbered 133049. The Conwy Valley line is regarded as one of the most picturesque in the country.
