Bogs north of Carn Liath A large area of deep peatland on flat terrain between Carn Liath and the Spey. Very wet and about to get wetter as it was very dark prior to a couple of days of heavy rain. A large burn, Allt a' Chaorainn crosses the bog, and following it is the best way across or out. The course can be seen in the photograph as a line of lighter coloured grass.
