Replacing an older version, the present structure was designed by Arthur of Plymouth for the local landowning Daniel family. Intriguingly, the tower has a single clockface that faces east, right over the nave roof. Grade II listed.

Nave to chancel of St Mary Magdalene The 1865 church has a three bay nave with a single bay chancel further on. The chancel screen is from the older church that stood here from the fifteenth century, and was restored and installed by F. Bligh Bond around 1920 as a memorial to the fallen of the Great War.
