Telephone Box Library and Post Box at Lydbury North According to Mr Google - Unlike regular libraries, the telephone box is open 24 hours a day, only one person can use it a time – or two if you're both very small! – and the concept is based on trust; you simply take a book and replace it with another.

Approaching Lodge Farm in Walcot woodland The farm sits within Walcot estate, and on the side of woodland owned and managed by the National Trust. It is a working farm, with grand old buildings and barns. The woodland houses more than 30 veteran oaks (over 300 years old) which are home to the rare deadwood beetle. Not sure how old this oak tree is by the farm, but what a magnificent specimen it is. It shows itself off starkly and grandly at this time of year.
