The locals saved it from closure in 2013 but it is on the Heritage at Risk Register. Historic England describes it as having 'Numerous issues including ivy growth, blocked and slipped downpipes, localised defects and cracks and broken glass. Roofs appear to be in good order but bellcote at risk of immediate loss'.
