The Tower Barborka is located in the village of Svincany - Raskovice in the Pardubický region of the Czech Republic. It is an impressive stone structure, standing at a height of 21m and reaching a peak of 30m with the addition of its flagpole. The tower is surrounded by a low stone wall and a protective fence, with a small access path leading to the entrance.

The tower is constructed from local stone, with a distinctively curved roof and a protruding lookout platform. The main building consists of two storeys, with a spiral staircase leading to the upper level of the tower. The walls are decorated with a series of arched windows and a single door with a pointed arch, which provides access to the interior.

The tower is primarily used as an outlook tower, providing views of the surrounding countryside and the nearby town of Pardubice. On clear days, visitors can also see as far as the White Carpathian Mountains in the east. The tower also serves as a tourist destination, attracting visitors from all over the region. It is a popular spot for photography and a great place to watch the sunset.
